UNITS

We have a total of 8 residential units, all of which have unique layouts and features, each with a modern-industrial feel.

Most of the units have original wood flooring. The windows in each unit consist of the original metal frames, updated with more energy efficient double pane glass. Some of the units contain mirrors salvaged from the building’s days as a dance studio, and re-purposed as bathroom mirrors. We incorporated a variety of sizes among the units.
